Scope of Services: We provide luxury residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. The specific details of each service will be agreed upon during the booking process.

Service Availability: Our services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Booking and Payments

Booking Process: Clients can book our services online, via phone, or email. Bookings are confirmed once we receive a deposit or full payment as agreed upon.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept online bank transfers, bank deposits, and gcash. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this period will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. The deposit paid will be forfeited to cover scheduling and administrative costs.
Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergencies, provided that official documentation (e.g., a medical certificate or formal notice) is submitted within 48 hours of the cancellation request. Approval is at the discretion of management.

Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointments within 24 hours’ notice without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within this period may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities

Access to Premises: Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

Approved and Secured work permit: Clients who live in a condominium must have an approved and secured work permit for access to their unit on the day of service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation / rescheduling fee and possible cancellation of service on that day.

Safety and Hazards: Clients must inform us of any potential hazards or specific instructions for handling certain areas or items in the premises.

Valuables: Clients are advised to secure or remove valuables from the areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables not secured or removed.

Pets: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all pets are vaccinated and do not pose a threat to our members of staff. Should any incident occur between our staff members and clients pets, it will be the clients responsibility to shoulder any possible medical costs.
