We offer both one- time cleaning services and recurring subscription plans. Whether you need a deep clean for a special occasion or regular maintenance, we can accommodate your needs.

You can book a service by contacting us via phone, email, or through our online booking system here on the website. Both our Facebook and Instagram chats will direct you to our website. Our client service representatives will assist you in scheduling a convenient time and customizing your cleaning plan.

We understand that plans can change. We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For details on our policy, please refer to our Terms of Service or contact us through email or phone.

We currently serve Metro Manila. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist.

If you live in a condominium, please secure an approved work permit PRIOR to our arrival. We will provide the list of equipment and staff names for this once booking is made. Aside from this, no special preparation is needed. However, we do recommend securing any valuables, and providing clear instructions for any areas that need particular attention or special care. If you have pets, please also ensure that they are not in the cleaning areas while our staff are cleaning due to safety reasons.

We appreciate your generosity, but we do not accept tips. Instead, we include a 10% service fee in our pricing to ensure our team is fairly compensated for their exceptional work. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of service without any additional charges.
