Our Story

In 2022, Kasama Hospitality Group (then Kasama) was founded with a simple yet ambitious goal; to redefine the standards of luxury cleaning and home help. Our Founder, Wendy Solis, along with our Co-Founder Ma. Vivian T. Barace, envisioned a service that not only cleaned spaces but transformed them into pristine sanctuaries of elegance and comfort.

Wendy Solis, the Founder and CEO of Kasama Hospitality Group, brings a unique blend of cultural experiences and meticulous precision to the helm of our luxury cleaning company.


Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Wendy cultivated an early appreciation for elegance and attention to detail.  Her journey took her to the United States, where she gained invaluable experience and broadened her horizons before ultimately finding her home in the Philippines.  This diverse background has given her a global perspective and a deep understanding of the varying standards of luxury and service around the world.

As an ISTJ and a Virgo, Wendy embodies the traits of organization, reliability, and meticulousness – qualities that are perfectly aligned with the ethos of a luxury cleaning service.  Her natural inclination towards structure and perfection ensures that every aspect of Kasama Hospitality Group is managed with exceptional care and precision.



When she’s not leading her team to new heights, Wendy enjoys running, a passion that keeps her energized and focused.  She also finds solace in drawing, a creative outlet she indulges in whenever time she allows.  Her appreciation for fine things and dedication to the family are core to her personal and professional life, driving her commitment to excellence in every project.
