Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Homecare Specialist II to join our team. This senior-level position demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining immaculate environments and delivering exceptional service tailored to the needs of high-end clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage housekeeping tasks, ensuring all services meet KHG’s high standards. Provide exceptional homecare services, including cleaning, organizing, and running concierge tasks as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they adhere to KHG and Kasama standards.
  • Conduct detailed inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Handle specialized cleaning projects and complex tasks requiring advanced techniques.
  • Offer expert advice on home care and maintenance, including recommendations for high-quality products and practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while working in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment, preferably overseas.
  • Proven track record of delivering top-tier service in a high-end setting.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
